IT Support for Claremont's Professional Offices

Claremont is a small city with an outsized professional community. Census data counts about 1,100 business establishments in its ZIP code, and about 50 of them are law offices, one of the highest shares of law firms anywhere in our service area. Integrity Tech supports Claremont businesses from our Rancho Cucamonga office, about 7.5 miles east.

A College Town's Business Mix

Claremont is home to the Claremont Colleges, a consortium of seven institutions: Pomona, Scripps, Claremont McKenna, Harvey Mudd and Pitzer colleges, plus Claremont Graduate University and Keck Graduate Institute. Around them are consultancies, research-adjacent firms, nonprofits and professional offices that need secure, low-maintenance IT:

• Law firms: MFA and secure email, encrypted laptops, and backups that protect client confidences under California's confidentiality rules
• Medical and dental offices: about 47 physician and 34 dental offices; HIPAA-focused support and a business associate agreement
• Consultants and nonprofits: Microsoft 365 setup and security, shared files with the right permissions, and reliable home-office setups

Small Office, Full IT Department

Most Claremont clients are small teams. A managed plan gives them monitoring, patching, backups, security and a help desk without hiring in-house IT.

A Little Local History

Cable Airport, just over the line in Upland, opened in 1945 as Cable-Claremont Airport. We support aviation businesses there too.

Do you support offices in Los Angeles County?

Yes. Claremont is about 7.5 miles from our office.

We're a five-person firm. Is managed IT worth it?

Usually. Small firms face the same phishing and ransomware risks and rarely have someone in-house to handle IT.

Can you help a nonprofit get set up on Microsoft 365?

Yes. We set up and secure Microsoft 365 for nonprofits and other small teams, including accounts, MFA, shared files and backups.
